Galatians 3:28-29 KJV
Galatians · chapter 3 · verses 28–29
28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.Galatians 3:28-29 · King James Version
What Galatians 3:28-29 means
Verse twenty-eight takes the dividing lines away; verse twenty-nine says what you get instead — Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Paul's argument is that the inheritance never ran through ancestry. It ran through the promise, which is why it can reach anybody.
