What Isaiah 54:17 means
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper is said to Israel on the far side of judgment, not handed out as a charm against every hardship. The verse ends by calling it the heritage of the servants of the LORD, so it belongs to his people. And notice it doesn't say no weapon gets formed. It says the ones that get formed don't finally win.
